Our offices are located in Toulouse, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you provide tracking information on the product?

Yes, please wait 3 days after your order and you will be able to track it on the website. If you have any problem, please contact us by email at godoffightstore@gmail.com.


Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry about that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to the following email address: godoffightstore@gmail.com . We will send you a similar replacement item or refund you as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you would like to receive a refund for your order, we can of course top up the payment, provided that the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not out of stock.
